What is the first step I take toward getting my promotional item made?

Call us. Tell us your wish list. We need to know what product you want made and when you need it. We need to know the quantity. We need to know all the details of your product. We will prompt you if you do not know. From there we will provide you with a quote and if you are interested in proceeding we will have a pre production sample made for you to approve.

Is there a minimum amount I have to order?

Because we work directly with overseas factories, typical MOQs or Minimum Order Quantities are 1,000 pcs. Some of our factories will allow lower quantities on a case by case discretionary basis.

How long does it take to get my promotional item produced, (how far in advance do I need to order)?

Depending on the quantity most products require about two weeks to produce and about 3 weeks to ship via sea or 3 days via air. We also take into consideration time for customs, and shipping to different locations across North America, etc. Each product and order is different. We will always consider your time frame and consult you on how long each particular order will take.

In what format does my artwork need to be in?

Send us your artwork, company logo, etc. in JPG and PDF format. Resolution 300 dpi.
